Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Shipping

 

During checkout, retailers will have two options for shipping:

 

  1. Arrange Their Own Shipping: Retailers can choose to handle shipping logistics independently.

  2. Request a Shipping Quote: Retailers can request a quote from DSGN Exchange. For international shipping, we have partnered with RHENUS LOGISTICS  AND DHL to ensure a smooth process.

 

Please note:- Customs and Duties: DSGN Exchange does not cover customs and duties. These costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

 

Payment:

Should you be using DSGN Exchange to help facilitate your shipping Shipping fees must be paid upfront and in full upon submission of the quote.By making a purchase, retailers agree to these shipping terms and conditions.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Retailers have a 7-day window from the receipt of their order to report any issues. Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Report Issues Promptly: Contact Shingai Nyagweta at dsgnexchange@gmail.com within 7 days, providing clear images and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Assessment Process: DSGN Exchange will assess the reported issues to determine if they are the fault of the brand.

  3. Resolution: - If the issue is confirmed to be the brand’s fault, the garments will either be replaced and shipped at the brand’s expense or a refund will be issued for the affected items.

 

Please note:-

 

Shipping and Handling Damages: DSGN Exchange and its brands do not accept liability for damages incurred during shipping and handling. Any such claims should be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

 

By making a purchase, retailers agree to these returns and refund terms and conditions.
