Payment Terms
Payment Methods: All payments are made upfront via PayPal, Yoco, or direct bank transfer.
Order Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your order. This payment is generally non-refundable to cover production costs.
Return and Exchange Policy
Defective Items: If you receive garments that are faulty or damaged due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide images and a detailed description of the issue.
Replacement or Refund: Depending on the assessment, we will offer either a replacement garment or a refund. Refunds will be processed if a replacement is not possible or practical.
Return Process: In the case of a return, the item must be shipped back to us in its original condition and packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error.
Non-Defective Returns: For items that are not defective but the buyer wishes to return (e.g., sizing issues), returns may be accepted at our discretion.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply for non-defective returns.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Procedure: We understand that situations may change. Cancellations are handled as follows:
- Before Production: If a cancellation is requested before production begins, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued.
- After Production Begins: Once production has started, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply to cover costs incurred.
Product Availability
Made-to-Order: As part of our brand's sustainability principles and commitment to reducing waste, all products in our showroom are made to order. Please take note of the lead times provided for each brand as a guide for when to expect your order. A DSGN Exchange Representative will contact you if there are any variations in the estimated lead times.
Shipping and Customs Charges
Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and customs charges. DSGN Exchange is contracted to both DHL and Rhenus Logistics, should you need assistance in getting a shipping quote. Shipping is calculated once all garments are manufactured for accuracy.
